BIG MAMA
A crispy, fruity drink that slaps hard at any time of day, best served as a side-piece alongside some salami and cheese. Sign us up!
You'll Need
120ml vodka
20ml lime cordial
200ml ginger ale
To garnish: orange slices,
lemon slices, lime slices,to garnish: strips of cucumber, bunches
or fresh redcurrants
HOW TO
Fill two large glasses with ice cubes. Split the vodka & lime cordial between the glasses, and stir to mix well.To garnish, add the sliced oranges, lemons and limes and the cucumber strips, then finish by placing
the bunches of fresh redcurrants on top. Don’t forget to take a snap of it for the 'gram before you dive in.
Summer Punch
Tasty & fun, punch is ideal for living it up a little and serving at summer parties in a large bowl.
YOU’LL NEED
80ml vodka
Squeeze of lime juice
100ml cranberry juice
100ml orange juice
30ml red fruit syrup
100ml ginger ale
To garnish: lemon slices, mint sprigs, raspberries, and/or edible flowers
HOW TO
Take a large bowl and fill with ice cubes. Pour the vodka, lime juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, red fruit syrup and ginger ale. Throw in the lemon slices, raspberries and edible flowers on top, alternating the color shades, then tuck a few mint sprigs between them. And Presto!
MOJITO
A brand new take on the original mojito, with strawberries and raspberries, this one’s a real winner.
YOU’LL NEED
4 strawberries
8 raspberries
2tbsp plus 2tsp sugar cane syrup
120ml dark rum
80ml lime juice
8 mint leavesTo garnish: lime slices, raspberries, blackberries, redcurrant sprigs, mint sprigs
HOW TO
In a bowl, blend the strawberries and raspberries with a fork, then mix in the syrup. Divide between four glasses. add the dark rum, lime juice and mint leaves.
Crush with a spoon and blend well. Add 20 ice cubes and crush, then divide between the glasses.Finish with the garnishes.
