STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

INGREDIENTS

• 62 ounces light rum

• 1 ounce simple syrup

• 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice

• 3 to 4 large strawberries, sliced 1 cup ice

• Fresh whole/sliced strawberry, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

1) In a blender, add the rum, simple syrup, lime juice, strawberries, and ice. Blend well at high speed until smooth.

2) Pour into a chilled collins or margarita glass. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices or a whole strawberry. Serve and enjoy.

3) Muddle 3 or 4 sliced strawberries in a mixing glass or cocktail shaker until crushed and most of the juice has been released.

4) Add the light rum, the lime juice, and only 1/2 ounce of simple syrup. Fill a shaker with ice and shake well.

And there you have it, a perfect Strawberry Daiquiri.

GIN ORANGE CRUSH COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS
 

• 150ml gin 

• 300ml orange juice (freshly squeezed)

• 250ml triple sec

• 200ml lemon soda (Lime)

• Orange (optional)

• mint (optional)

DIRECTIONS

1) In a cocktail shaker add, orange juice, triple sec, gin and ice and shake well.

2) Then strain it into highball glasses with crushed ice.

3) Garnish with orange wheel and mint for garnish.

4) Enjoy!

WATERMELON MINT MOJITO

INGREDIENTS

• 1 cup watermelon

• 20 mint leaves

• Juice from 1 lime

• 1 oz Simple Syrup optional if watermelon is super sweet

(Mix equal amounts water and sugar in saucepan and boil just until sugar is dissolved. Cool)

• 100ml light rum

• Chilled club soda For Garnish

• 2 large Melon balls of watermelon

• 2 mint sprigs

DIRECTIONS

1) Combine watermelon, mint leaves and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and muddle until leaves are broken up slightly and watermelon is crushed

2) Fill shaker with ice, add the simple syrup and rum. Shake until ice cold

3) Fill glasses half full with ice; pour contents of shaker (do not strain) including ice into glasses

4) Top with chilled club soda and gently stir. Garnish with watermelon and mint.

Now cool off with a nice long sip!
